I love this piece, havent had the chance to wear it yet but tried it for 5 mins, didnt seemed uncomfortable..The one thing I didnt like as I took it out of the package and the way it was package it was bent so I cant straighten it out since it isnt human hair...

I love this hair; I just wish it came without a clip. The clip should be replaced with a band or other secure device that reduces tension on the hair.

My daughter loves this hair, she gets so many compliments on it and has ordered several other ones with the different colors.

Disappointed. Not as pictured and certainly not 20 inches of hair. Looks like it has been previously worn and cut. More costume looking than what's advertised. Also the magenta ombre is not in this one as pictured online. Will try to attach pix after I post. For some reason it's not allowing me to!UPDATE: called customer service and informed them of my disappointment. Said I'd need to return this mop. I offered pictures and it's truly an inconvenience when they were the ones that sent me a used cut-up piece of hair! I am supposed to be getting a new one by tomorrow. I will update this once again and let you know if it's better quality and what is shown in the picture!

The ONLY Thing I Like Is The Softness Of The Hair💜 But As U Can See, It Is NOT As Pictured. I Expected It To Be Long & Sleek But Instead I Got Jagged Edges As If Someone Took Scissors & Attempted To Create Ragged Layers.😡 It Isn't Sleek, Its Flying All Over The Place & Obviously UNEVEN. There's No Way I Can Fix This Hair Mess; I'm VERY Disappointed & Will Not Buy From This Seller Again. ***BUYERS BEWARE***
