Without seeing what the setup is it would be impossible to say whether it could potentially damage the bed but if this is one of those beds that fold up against the wall then I can confirm that these straps are definitely strong enough to hold the 30kg weight of the bed and if the traps are not overtightened it is very unlikely to pose risk to the bed.
