Yes. At least when I ordered it they did.

Q: Can I photo deposit these checks

So far, every DOCUGARD #04535 check I ever received failed online deposits. Image fails every time on I-Phone 7. No problem with any other check.

Q: What size envelope fits these?

We use an 8 3/4 X 3 5/8 envelope.
