All good with this brand of Indole 3 carbinol. Its effective. I believe it’s a quality product after trying another brand which didn’t make any difference.

The listing states no fillers or additives, which is why I purchased. In fact it contains magnesium stearate and silica, pictured. I am allergic to magnesium stearate and was specifically trying to avoid this ingredient. I contacted the seller and they were apologetic, refunded, and are updating the listing to correct the error, so they handled it well

Price is good compared to other brands. Not sure what they did but supposedly they are good for lowering excessive estrogen and potentially protecting against cancer. gave me some seriously potent gas though 😅
