Q: Where are the pillow liners and covers manufactured? want to buy for my family but only if still usa pillow, cover, and liner. check law tag/label ?

Thank you for your inquiry. The pillows are produced and assembled in the USA from Talalay Latex made in the USA. Some of the components, including the natural rubber and cover, are sourced overseas.

Juvea offers high profile (firmer) pillows and low profile (softer) pillows.

Q: Is the medium density a solid piece of foam or shredded

Solid with holes down through the core that let it breathe. Medium density adds some firmness but also allows for some give. It won't bottom out, but it also isn't pressing back against you as much as a firm pillow would.

No. It's a single pillow. The picture shows the pillow out of it's case as well as in it's case.
