You can also mix these drinks into other fruity drinks or a shake if you’re not in love with the taste or texture. It mixes in evenly and doesn’t separate easily. The flavor is pretty decent! It doesn’t taste super artificial and it’s not overpowering. It’s expensive for a box, but for me, and other diabetics who struggle to eat sometimes, it’s totally worth it.
