Q: Does this product come with everything needed to install both hot and cold water?

Yes, sort of. It is intended to connect into the hot water supply of a nearby sink, with a tube that is 2.2 meters long. If your hot water supply is further, or under the floor, you will need to make a trip to the plumbing store to get the materials you need to tap in.

Q: How hard is it to install?

Pretty simple installation, as long as your existing fittings are standard. I have that I installed pretty easily? And one that I can't install just yet because I have to change some fittings out.

Q: will this work with a raised toilet seat?

I don't think there is enough adjustment in the spy heads to allow for the height of the raised seat to be effective.

Q: For a larger person, is there enough space between the control panel and toilet to be comfortable?

My husband is 6’3” and close to 400# and he didn’t say there were any issues with reaching the controls. We have one now that has a remote control which eliminates the side panel.
