Disappointing & a little confusing to the grandson that only on side has sound, otherwise it’s a good toy.

Bought as a gift for a two year old. The listing says this is for kids 24 months - 6 years but the package says not for children under 3 yrs.

Several reasons why I'm returning.1) the volume control does not work. The thing is so loud you can hear it outside of the house.2) they got a non native speaker to say letters, numbers and words. As a result, some letters, numbers, and words are difficult to understand. On a side note, when your child gets something incorrect, instead of saying something like, "oops, let's try again" they say "you're wrong". I mean it's true, but in the US we tend to be a little more diplomatic when kids get stuff wrong. Lol3) it uses British English conventions instead of US. For instance it says "Zed" for "Z" and "clever".

It’s been almost 20 years since I have purchased gifts for children at Christmas, since I have been blessed with two small one in the family ages 2 and 3 these were the perfect gifts for them.
