Excellent padded gig bag
Excellent build quality, offering decent protection when travelling. Tried with a Gretsch G5222 Electromatic Double Jet, Epiphone Les Paul Single Cut and a Squier Stratocaster. Fits all of them nice and snugly by use of removable (velcro) padding. I've purchased this gig bag for storage and transportation of my Gretsch, my decision was based on the excellent padding and sizeable neck support cushion which is needed to protect the headstock. Highly recommended, I might even buy another for my Epiphone for transportation.

Amazing value! great alt for Mono or other high end. Couple quirks
A great case for everyday gigging & great value compared to other options in price below and above. Similar protection to a Mono bag for significantly less money (I also prefer the pockets on this compared to mono - especially having a more open/loose style pocket for the large pocket). Much better protection than the multiple gig bags I've tried in the $30-$60 range; for me that's worth the difference in price to protect my guitar. "Complaints": - weather resistance is not as good as hoped for in rain/water, as the fabric seems to absorb rain more than repelling, but prob an easy fix with some fabric protection spray AND they don't advertise it as rain proof. - I don't like the hook mechanism for the large pocket. I might get used to it over time though and learn to see its advantages. For now, though, I'd rather a simple sliding clip like on a backpack as I find this hook a bit cumbersome (and I don't fully trust it to stay closed, though it's not let me down yet). - I personally wish it had a little velcro holder or tiny pocket for a whammy bar inside the case by the neck or headstock. Yes, it can be put in any of the zipper pockets too lol. In lieu of that, though, I put the whammy in the corner fold of the case in behind the extra headstock padding, hooked behind the velcro - stays there just fine. Highlights and surprises: - how light the gig bag is compared to its level of protection. - how plush the inside fabric is - how firm the padding is - it's not hard like styrofoam, but it's not flimsy foam either - a great balance for protection. - sturdiness of the handle - comfort of the backpack straps - cool that you can open it both vertically (like a Mono) or horizontally like a traditional case. - I like the angle on the big pocket, it's come in surprisingly handy with a few things. - the overall build quality of the bag is surprisingly good, period, but especially for this price point.
