So sorry. Not sure. But, make sure you do not charge your battery too long. My battery no longer works. But, I love my dyson abs will buy another battery.

I have a V11 and bought this. It’s not sucking up. Is it because it’s not a fit? Or other isss?

The common problem keeping the head from rotating is accumulation of debris at the control side of the head. The head will have to be taken apart and cleaned There are several pictorial step by step on line procedures that address this issue
