The sleeves stay put without sliding, and they mold a bit to my heel shape after a couple days. They pretty much met my expectations for decent support at a budget price—around $15-20 feels like solid value since they're durable so far and target the pain points without needing fancy orthotics. Not a miracle cure; my pain isn't 100% gone if I skip stretching, but mornings are way less brutal now. Better than cheaper no-name cups I've tried that crumbled fast. Pros: Good shock absorption from thick gel; cuts fatigue on long travel days. Comfortable in various shoes, no bunching up. Affordable and holds up after a week of heavy use. These feel great. I bought them because they have a smaller size and I wear a Woman's 7.5 shoe. Unlike the first gel pair I bought these are covered with some sort of neoprene like cover which makes them bulky and hard to get into my shoe. I have to wear them under my socks so I can shoe horn them into walking shoes. Once they are on, they feel great and help my achilles tendinitis.

I bought these heel cushions to cushion my heel — all of my heel. I have 2 issues with my feet: the loss of fat pad in my heel and plantar fasciitis. Since I have both conditions I can’t speak to the effectiveness of plantar fasciitis in reducing pain. However, I can speak to this product’s effectiveness in relieving the loss of heel fat pad. The problem with fat pad loss is just that, the only thing between the calcaneus (heel bone) and any hard surface is the depth of the skin over the heel. If you look at the image of the product notice that there is a “doughnut hole” in the center of the pad. I have no idea why it’s there. For fat pad the center lacking padding of any kind renders them useless to me. I was hoping these would allow me to not have to wear shoes in my house. I am not a heavy person, so weight isn’t part of the ineffectiveness of these. Again, since I don’t suffer from plantar fasciitis alone, I can’t speak to their effectiveness to that condition. But if you have fat pad loss, forget even trying this product. My rating reflects this condition alone.

Don't last. When I first put these on they were great. I just needed something to wear around the house on the hardwood floors. After a few days they flattened out and I no longer feel any cushion. I have not washed them so I guess they are just low quality.
