Not as good as expected
Over hyped and over priced, there are many other keywords that has better features with way less price, the main selling points for gaming keyboard are key switches, and programmable keys, some of the nice add on would be hand rest and colors if you are into typing, coding, or gaming I recommend you check other keyboards by ducky or any keyboard with Cherry mx switches

Feels like an alpha/beta product, not recommended
I bought the wireless Blackwidow v3 about two months ago. I've had numerous issues with this product, I cannot recommend to buy it.PROS: the physical touch and feel is nice, like other Razer products.CONS:1. The keyboard regularly forgets its RGB setting; I have it set to static white, but sometimes after turning it on, it just does the default rainbow cycling, sometimes it turns off all ligths. Turning it off+on doesn't help. A restart fixes it. Right now, as I write this, the thing is set to static white in Razer Synapse, but the whole keyboard is completely dark. This happens regularly after turning it on. Battery is at 100%.2. The battery % indicator in Synapse is very flaky, sometimes I plug it in, and after a full night of charging, it's still stuck at 11%, but then eventually it jumps to 100%.3. As the power runs out, instead of the software giving me a warning, or one of the many RGB lights flashing to warn me, instead of these perfectly good options, there is no warning. As charge goes below 5-10%, it just starts skipping key presses, and sometimes the RGB lights go off in one row of keys, but are still on in another, which looks scarily like the keyboard is faulty.4. It takes several hours (feels like ~10) to fully charge the keyboard. This $300 product is much simpler than a phone, and my phone fully charges in less than an hour.
