Nothing has helped me so far for relieving extreme bloating and stabbing pains until this . I do take one when I'm feeling awful which is when I eat which I try to avoid doing because it makes me feel so bad. This has helped relieve until I can get drs to listen . Doing testing for second time ...wouldn't you just like to be able to eat without pain? Truly I recommend. I tried Pepojest for before meals as people had sworn that I had helped, it did not . However when I took the 500 mg of fennel seed that I ordered in conjunction with the other product mentioned above the fennel seed is only thing that helped !!!

I am vary glad to add this to my family's supplement. We don't take a lot of supplements but I personally feel this is needed for us at this time. I have watched other relatives do well with this in the past. Product arrived on time and in good condition. Taste and smell are fine. Good price and quality.

I ordered some candy fennel a coupe of months ago & realized after snacking on it for a couple of days that my smoker's cough in the mornings was GONE (I am an idiot, been smoking over 30 years, sigh) - along with my morning allergy mucous. So I ordered these and wow, they really DO work! Will buy again! I also was taking Mucinex-D with sudafed in it - not anymore. Really happy.
