Nuragold 10k Real White Gold 2mm Rope Chain Diamond Cut Necklace

My son’s chain from a big box store broke 3 different times. We paid for the warranty just to be told that they couldn’t fix it the third time because my husband tried to sauter the clasp back on before we dropped it off to be fixed so he could wear it to his grandmothers funeral with his cross. Big jeweler chain store= cheap product, more expensive. I was nervous ordering from here because it is less expensive than those jewelry chain stores cost. I’m so happy I did! *I ordered this chain for him months ago. He’s not had any problems at all and he wears it daily! Great quality!!!!!! Highly recommend!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought this chain for a Christmas gift, because it had good reviews and also because the seller describes it as being a high quality piece of jewelry. My son wore it for only two weeks, and it broke. When I reached out to Nuragold, I was told that the 30 day warranty had expired (by just a few days). They did give me the option to pay to ship it back to them, then pay $40 for the repair, and all with no guarantees, along with the possibility that the chain may come back shorter. Such an “option” was an insult to anyone with a fraction of intelligence. They do not back their product, and I ended up throwing the chain away.

Chain broke in the center of the chain after two months. Cheap garbage. Contacted seller for a repair or exchange and the best they can do is 30% towards buying a new chain. No thanks. Horrible customer service. Two months and it was obviously faulty if broken in center of chain. Can’t back up your products then obviously cheap. Going to see if it’s even real 10k from a jeweler.

The 2mm 20” 10K white gold chain is beautiful. It’s a lovely classic piece that can be worn with any type of outfit. It comes with an authenticity card and the latch has 10K engraved on it. It arrived within a couple days and I live in Canada so I am very impressed with the service. I bought this necklace as a gift to myself and I am not disappointed!
