I put two frozen packs to keep the medicine cold, planning on at least 24 hrs of air travel time. At the end of the 24 hrs, not only were the medicine injectors still very cold, the two frozen packs we still mostly frozen. Outstanding performance!

This is an excellent freezer/ carrier of medical injections. I put two frozen packs to keep the medicine cold, planning on at least 24 hrs of air travel time. At the end of the 24 hrs, not only were the medicine injectors still very cold, the two frozen packs we still mostly frozen. Outstanding performance!
