LOVE LOVE LOVE this flavor of fitaids (strawberry lemonade). These give me a little spark of energy during the work day. I can drink them without feeling guilty knowing they are clean and trusted ingredients not to mention the B vitamins that naturally give you energy as well. There is a slight fishy taste to them but it is not overpowering. Wish the price was less but I guess its worth the cost of health. Still cheaper than a diet coke from the vending machine :-)

So Much Better than Logan Paul's Prime Drink
I saw a lot of hype for Logan Paul's new Prime Drink that's supposed to be healthy. But I wanted to compare it to my FITAID strawberry lemonade. Both drinks are good but it's not even a comparison of the tiers. FITAID has BCAAs, Glutamine, Quercetin, COQ10, Omegas, Turmeric + Almost all the vitamins & electrolytes you'd want. Too many to list. Prime has a similar amount of vitamins and electrolytes but still less than FITAID and almost none of the other workout recovery stuff except for the BCAAs which is a fairly small amount. Don't always believe the hype, stick with a drink that actually has all the ingredients to back it up. Not going to lie both taste good but if you're serious about getting a solid post workout recovery, it's not even close.

Wondered why the cross-fit folks would drink after workouts... now I know; it helps to restore energy to lesson crashing after the workout. Some pretty good ingredients too.

Excellent post-workout, recovery drinks. I can definitely tell the difference if I drink it or not. It’s the difference of me feeling like I engaged in combat, or just took a stroll through the park. 10-out-of-10 recommend

Possible consumer health concern
Usually love FitAid but this is the 2nd batch ordered from Amazon that has bulging cans upon arrival, 4 of the 12 are damaged. Also reported this to the manufacturer is case of health concern.
