The trolley is very lightweight but seems durable - generally a good buy for the money.One important point to bear in mind: when the trolley bag is full, it can swing or slide around on the frame - as it is only attached at the top. This leads to the bag sometime slipping off the frame and overbalancing - which can in turn overbalance the person pulling the trolley (especially if elderly or infirm). We paid a haberdasher to sew two additional velcro straps to the bottom of the bag, allowing it to be attached to the lower part of the frame - this solved the problem.Perhaps the manufacturer could redesign the bag to incorporate this feature?

I spent ages trawling through different shoppers before I chose this one… because it looked so much nicer.Despite it looks black and white it isn’t, it’s a muddy brown colour on a beige background. One wheel clicked on fine but the other would not click at all so there’s no way it would of stayed on. The bag absolutely reeked of cheap plastic (like mothballs!)I appreciated the nice touch of a ‘thank you for your purchase’ card enclosed with the item but I’m afraid I can’t give it a positive feedback. It has been returned for a refund and I’m back to looking for a replacement!

The packaging was far too big & the fabric stinks which might taint the food inside so when I use it outside, up & down kerbs etc I'll write a review but I like the look of it so fingers crossed

it’s a great quality but since only the upper part is sticking, there r times where it fell to the side on its own when put “heavier” stuff while im pulling.

The trolley I ordered was advertised as black and what looked lock cream/white. I received brown and light brown, but I am fine with it. Very easy to assemble, no tools required. It came in extremely good packaging to save from damages. There was a lovely little surprise in with the trolley. I found a Thank You card. What a lovely touch. It shows the seller is proud of their products. Highly recommend for this stylish trolley

I bought this to transport my ‘home office’ equipment to work as we are now required to attend the office occasionally after 18 months of working from home. Our Covid measures are that we need to take a lot of IT equipment of our own in, plus drinking cup, food for the day etc so thought this would be ideal as I suffer with lower back problems and carrying a lot of ‘stuff’ is difficult for me. This has absolutely saved the day. I can get absolutely everything in it: keyboard, laptop, cabling, headset, notepads, coffee cup, soup bowl, food, fruit etc. It stands upright in the passenger well of the car for the journey and I can then march very elegantly into the office without looking like a pack horse! I can’t comment on its foldability as I haven’t tried to fold it down yet but I am very satisfied with this trolley so far.
