Wet Cat Food, Paté Mixed, 100g, Pack of 32

My cat was adopted as an "older cat" and came to me at nearly 6kg, frequently greeted by "she's enormous" by the vets. However, very rapidly she lost 2.5kg due to a thyroid issue that hit her hard. Usually, she would waste food by licking jelly off the meat and leaving the protein and was told due to her age and teeth to only give biscuits occasionally. After seeing another reviewer on here, I risked a large box. Well these are a complete hit. You get a lot more than the purina tins which also offer pate and she eats the whole thing up, her weight has steadily crept back to a more acceptable size but she no longer has a spine sticking out, she doesn't smell particularly and also has one small of biscuits a day alongside two of these (as she's a big cat to begin with and isn't well) I'm really happy with them as she likes them. I do have concerns about the supply chain and would like to know about amazon and its involvement with the sourcing process of the meats etc but overall I will absolutely be buying more. Took her guts a few days to accept it but she's actually got more solid poop now than she did the last 4 years I've owned her. Also place water bowls in other rooms and you'll see a huge increase of drinking. Cats don't want water near their food incase it "contaminates it" so try it and you'll see! Double food bowls are ridiculous! Comes as a slab but soft enough for her to eat if rushing although does lump if not mashed so best to use a fork before serving. Also if you need to store some, which I don't, some reviews say it goes hard quickly if left out, so keep the foil lid on and peal back over. I would also prefer a recyclable wrapper as we currently can't put the tin in the bin. The packaging also vares from German to English as well. So a few tweaks needed.

I have an older cat who will be 19 in May. He can be very fussy with his food and hates anything with chunks or little meaty bits. Well he loves these foils and the fact there is 4 flavours, makes it a great buy. He clears his little bowl with glee and has been asking for seconds 😆. The price is amazing and so affordable. The quality in my opinion is really good it’s a firm pate, not to wet but not dry either. I find the smell not too pungent but enough to make Gabriel interested in it. He’s been eating it happily now for a week. If he gets through the box then I would certainly consider buying them again. One foil can be 3 servings for my cat.

I recieved these when i fostered my cat and she loved them - the texture is perfect if they have any teeth missing. the rescue gave me some felix pouches also but she refuses to eat these so i am waiting for some more of these to arrive! they are easy to mash up and get out of the tin - plus i much prefer to recycle the tins rather than the pouches.... easy to get out and they actually smell ok!!

I have a senior cat who can no longer eat kibble and a 3 year old cat with a sensitive digestive system. After trying trials of fresh cat food ( had to blend it) and having the Senior turn her nose up at it, I tried this brand. I don't have to warm it up for her and both cats happily eat 3 small meals a day. Best purchase ever for them both! I still put out kibble for the 3 year old but am happy the Senior is getting all she needs as she has more energy and her coat is glossier. They both love the texture ( mashed for the senior) and all the flavours.

A cheap and cheerful cat food that your cat(s) should like. Bought two cases in succession when it was on offer, but I certainly wouldn’t pay full price for it. Yes it has a good selection of flavours, and it smells ok (as far as cat food goes). And yes my cats like it….however, the quality can be rather hit and miss. It’s a nice smooth pate in general, that is easy to dish out….but watch out for the lumps of bone/gristle. These lumps are about a centimetre in diameter, look like an off cut of a little tube, and appear now and then. Usually they are quite soft, but will definitely need chopping up before you feed your precious fur-baby. My two penneth and personal opinion for what it’s worth…….if you want a cheaper way to feed your Cats, stick to tinned food, and preferably own brand products too. Both Asda and Sainsbury’s own tinned cat food is very good quality at a very good price. This way you will be saving money against branded products, and even more when you consider that pound for pound tinned food is around half the cost of pouches or trays. Yes pouches and trays are easy at feeding time, but they usually are only 80-100g each depending on brand/flavour, and tinned food is usually 400g each tin. So buy yourself a plastic tin cover and keep it in the fridge between meals, and your wallet or purse will thank you for it. However, if you want/need an even cheaper way to feed your pooping machine?….get them on dry food. Make sure it’s a “Complete Food” though and not just a “Mixer/Biscuit” variety. And buy it in bulk too if you can and want to save even more? Personally, I buy “Whiskas Complete Tuna & Vegetables” from the “Mars Petcare” shop on eBay. I buy the 14kg sacks and get them delivered free to my door….it saves me a fortune when I have 4 of the little shisters! That and 3 Dogs too, it can cost a pretty penny overall….but they are so worth it ;-)

Good alternative for cats that lick away the jelly or gravy of wet food but leave the meat. The pate is so good to get them back to eating all the food you put out for them.

Not like the other smooth patés on the market as there are definite lumps in this. My cat refused to even lick it once. I tried all the flavours in her different bowls to try and encourage her but not one single lick on any.

I had to donate them all, my cats won't eat them, they also had snall hard pieces inside.

Preis Leistung ist top. Meinen katzen hat es direkt gefallen. Ähnlich wie das Marken produkt. Kann ich aufjedenfall empfehlen und werde es immer wieder kaufen.

Compré este paté para ver si le gustaba a mi gato, ya que otros que he probado no le han convencido. Para mi sorpresa, este si le convencio. Le gustó tanto que ahora viene a pedírmelo directamente porque ya sabe dónde lo tengo guardado. Entre los puntos positivos, destacaría su excelente relación calidad-precio. Es un producto bastante económico y, aun así, no da la impresión de ser de mala calidad. Además, los ingredientes parecen buenos y mi gato lo come perfectamente. Como aspecto negativo, el envase me pareció algo endeble. Si no se tiene mucho cuidado durante el transporte, es posible que alguna lata llegue algo dañada. En general, estoy muy contento con la compra, y mi gato también, que al final es lo más importante!

Très bonne qualité et composition, surtout pour le prix. Une grosse partie des compositions similaires, de "meilleures" marques, coûtent deux fois plus chères. Mon chat les aime beaucoup, et je ne les trouve pas trop odorante. Pas de problèmes de digestion, mais j'ai fais attention d'introduire peu à peu donc c'est normal. PS après 1 mois: Présence de grosses boules dures de nerfs/gras dans un paquet sur deux. Facile à enlever si vous coupez la pâtée avant de la donner. Toujours aucun problème!
