For practical purposes how is this different than a $5 turkey injector syringe (@ 1/5th the cost)?

I'm all in favor of generic solutions, but most turkey (marinade) injectors like the $5 one from Walmart only hold 1oz, and not sure the needle would be small enough to fit inside the valve stem

Will this work with Stans Race sealant? The race sealant seals the injector tube before it gets into the tire with my other injectors.

Stans race sealant clogs this park injector. Really really clogged. The crystals are too big to get any flow into the plactic injector tube.

Mine arrived inside a zip lock bag, coated in some sort of clear lubricant. Is this normal or did I receive a used product?

Mine arrived the same way. I emailed Park Tool and the packaging described is how they are now shipping the product. The rep mentioned that there can sometimes be excessive lubricant applied to the o-ring and to simply wipe everything down. The rep assured me that once wiped, the remaining lubricant will not affect the sealant.

I need replacement needle/tube. Where can I get it?

I would contact Park directly; their customer service has always been excellent in my experience and they are pretty good at stocking replacement parts for their tools
