how do you get it out of your hair?

Ive dyed my hair with this twice since june 2020 (now end of feb 2021) and i have bleached, color stripped, and shampooed my heart out and this pink will not come out. it has completely stained my hair cuticle. Short of shaving my head, i have tried everything. U less you plan on having pink hair for the rest of your life, I would not use this product.

Anyone know how to get it out? My hairs been pink now for months and I love it and everything. I just want to go back to blonde with out bleach.

As recommended below, Joiconwlnt remove the color. I spent an hour at the salon trying to get this out with Joico and it left my hair bleached with pastel pink. It actually looked worse than when I was just trying to let the pink fade. The problem is with the ingredients in this product. They do not react well chemically to being removed. The pastel pink we were left with wasn’t the dye but from a chemical in the dye that won’t lift. Your best bet is to let it fade and grow out, or try and lift it and dye over it like I had to do.

Can I add conditoner to make it lighter pink?

Yes, absolutely!  You are probably aware that the pink is super bright and strong, and adding conditioner (or the Color Liberator from the same company) is great for diluting the brightness.  Also experiment with how long you leave it in before rinsing.  I leave it in just for a minute or 2, not the recommended 30 minutes!

I love my pink hair and am researching organic/natural shampoos for a good one that will not cause my pink to fade. Anyone found one like that?

My daughter uses Iroiro it's the only one we found that last along time in her hair. She also uses shampoo and conditioner for colored hair to make it last longer.
