For the past several months, I have been struggling to find an effective, affordable, high quality and stylish shade for our kitchen windows. After finding Yoolax, I can say that I am very happy. The product is fantastic and the support is really amazing as well. It’s easy to install and comes pre-programmed. As long as you have a basic level of handling a drill, there should be a breeze. I can’t recommend enough.

I rarely (if ever) write reviews, but this one deserves it. After having some expensive Lutron shades installed in some rooms, I explored alternative options and came across Yoolax. I was extremely worried about going with a company with no website based far away from the US, but thought I shall try for one of my rooms, and if it works order for the other rooms where I didn't have Lutron installed.The buying experience off Amazon was great. Once the order was placed, Yoolax reached out to me to confirm the dimensions. I had an existing valance so to be extra sure they had me post photos of the valance to confirm that the shades and the dimensions would work. They guided me on the right dimension to choose, shared photos of the fabric so I can be sure of what I am getting without being able to physically see them (I had personally selected and inspected the Lutron shades). Once confirmed, they sent me the shades well packed and delivered sooner than expected.When I received it, I couldn't find the mounting brackets, so I sent them an email with a photo of the parts that I received and within hours they responded with an email and photo indicating where I will find the brackets (embedded in one of the styrofoam blocks to prevent scratches). So it was just a miss on my part in not finding it.Install was super easy. I installed it with a Broadlink hub and have Alexa and Homekit (via Homebridge) working like a charm.Great company to work with, and excellent shades. The motor is noisier than the Lutron motors, but not noticeable. If I knew of Yoolax earlier, I would've had more Yoolax shades than Lutron.Now to place my order for my remaining 2 rooms.

I ordered and installed three of the Yoolax brand motorized blinds. They arrived as scheduled from overseas (a bit over a month). They were very easy to install with the supplied hardware. Took about 15-20 min per blind (inside mounting option). We selected the white fabric that allows a bit of the light to come through. With us living next to a lake the blinds still enable us to see what's going on outside the house but dramatically reduces the glaring sun light and heat the comes from living next to a lake.We use both Alexa and Google for home automation control for various reasons. We have a Samsung SmartThings hub to link our appliances. And used the same hub to controll the Yoolax Blinds. It works very well. Like most hubs it takes a bit of time to configure the integration and control. But once completed, we have not had any issues. We use voice control more than the remotes that we ordered with the blinds. With that said, the remotes came preprogrammed and work flawlessly and look very good. With the remotes bright LED display they can be easily used at night.All in all we are vey pleased with the purchase and would definitely purchase again.

Not cheap but excellent product!

I've been searching for window coverings for awhile and everything has been so expensive. Anytime I've looked for anything motorized, it instantly adds another $200 to the cost per window and our house has a lot of windows. I figured I would take a shot at this product to see if it would fulfill our needs since it was so much cheaper than anything else. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The product is very nice quality blind. The material feels like other fabrics I've seen at fancier stores. The installation is fairly easy though I think my measurements were a little off so it was a little tight trying to get it to fit in my window. Note to others - actually measure the top of where you want to install (I measured the bottom assuming it was the same). You also might want to subtract maybe 0.1 inch or so just in case. I gave 4 stars because the blind is very very slightly crooked. The only reason I could tell was that the blind was slightly long and so when it hit the window sill, I could see that one side was hitting more than the other. However, when i set the down limit so it doesn't hit the sill, you can't even tell that it's slightly crooked so I definitely wouldn't fault it. Programming the remote is a little tricky. I had to reset it in order to set the up/down limits because it just wasn't working. However, it was simple enough to fix and now it works awesome. I had ordered the solar panel with the idea that I wouldn't ever need to charge. However, the solar panel was much larger than I expected. Thus, I ultimately decided not to use it because it would be visible when I stick it to the window, solely for aesthetic purposes. Overall, I would definitely recommend considering this is cheaper than quotes I've received for non-motorized rollers.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered one large shade to try it out before buying 5 more. This solar blind is top quality material, motor and operationally. The quote from the Shade Store was 5-7x higher and same quality. If you are doing the inside mount Yoolax is going to do exactly as they say and take .1 inch off. Be exact or subtract another 1/4” to be safe. I messed up, but even in that regard Yoolax team is taking care of me. My shades are huge 79 X 90 and look perfect. I now have 16 solar shades and 2 zebra shades in my bathroom. Thank you

WOW! This company and their product is amazing! I needed a custom size for my bathroom transom window. The ordering process was really easy and their customer service department was extremely helpful. The shade came in less than 2 weeks and was very easy to install. I recommended it to several friends who are now placing orders! Very happy!
