Will cut much better and last longer than a cheap step drill. Cheap step drill broke off at the shank during first use .

Item is high quality . . . at this price point, but did not work for my application. I was trying to drill out 1/16" thick stainless steel 2" OD washer to 1 3/8" ID but the steel was just too hard. Bit should work well in mild steel but do not recommend thicker stainless steel (16 gauge or thicker). I would buy again (but bear in mind your application as your mileage may vary ).

Pretty straight forward... Needed this for the purpose of drilling holes and will say that it is a huge uptick from switching bits to increase of decrease the size between projects/purpose. Used in DIY format and seems to be very well made.

Haven't used it yet but it looks like it's up for the job.

I tried another discount brand that would not drill through steel. This step drill drills easily. Be careful as this cuts very fast and efficiently. If not careful first hole will drill too fast for you to learn how fast this cuts. I could not be more pleased.

I ordered this to complete a project I started with a cheap set I got off Temu. This one was much better and worked as it should. Thanks.

This step-bit worked perfectly to install a small section of weathertight conduit on our HVAC duct.

Great Quality, Just as good as the Klein Step bit I had for years at a much lower price. would highly recommend. I use it at least a few times a week as an electrician. the case it comes in is not the best, only good for the shipping, but not problem for me at all, just pointing it out for others if they were hoping for it to be useful.
