**Q: Do these provide any tummy control? I'm 5'0", 103 lbs but have a little mom pooch due to diastasis recti. What size is recommended?**
A: Probably a x-small. I’m 5’7” 135. Ordered a medium. Could probably do a small.

**Q: Can the pocket hold a passport?**
A: I was able to fit my iPhone 8 Plus in the pockets. 
So I would guess it will be able to hold a passport.

**Q: Are these good for running miles? Do they roll up?**
A: Not too much for me. I have a different pair that ride up the minute I try to start running. These I feel have a thicker material to stay in place, but may slightly go up. Not enough to be bothered though. For ref, I have a small and I am 5'2, 130lbs.

**Q: I am around 170lbs and maybe about a size 14, should I get a large or XL?**
A: I got an Xl and I'm also a size 14. They fit perfectly.
