I feel like I am more energized during the day and I sleep better at night. I even feel like it is easier for me to wake up in the morning now, which is a great feeling!I've been taking 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet before bed. I would eventually like to add one midday but, for now, I am very pleased with the results from even just taking 2 per day! I feel like the tablet I take in the morning is what helps energize me during the day and the one I take at bedtime is what helps me sleep better and wake up easier. I specified this because I forgot to take it at bedtime a few nights and realized I wasn't sleeping as well and was having a hard time waking up, so I really do think taking it morning and night is very important to help your body work at it's best.I have not had any issues with these pills upsetting my stomach and I do not take them with food. They are rather large, but I always take a sip of water and then put the pill in my mouth and swallow it and I don't have any issues at all with it going down. You could probably cut it in half, but that takes me to the next point which is the smell. These do have a strong odor when you open the bottle and I notice it as I am taking the pill so I think it would be even worse tasting if you cut it in half. I must say though, I am happy to admit that I do not "burp" these up during the day! I've NEVER actually noticed their taste later in the day so, for that, I am VERY thankful! I researched these a lot because I realized taking these could replace all the vitamins I take most days except for a probiotic. Huge cost savings and so easy to take on trips. I found out that taking the max amount (3 per a day) will put you at the upper acceptable limits of the vitamins listed such as A, Bs, C, E etc. If your health is rocking than maybe just take one or two per a day, if you want the full effects three is fine. It has cranberry in this women's formula which is a proven urinary tract infection preventative and I personally think it prevents yeast infections because I have taken it almost every day since puberty and have never gotten one. I won't get into all the other ingredient benefits because it would take too long but after a few months on this and tossing my other vitamins except my probiotic, my hair and nails are stronger, my energy is good, my mood seems more balanced, and skin looks great. These are a god send and I hope they have this formula around for a long time to come. I will say that I workout 30mins most days, drink enough water, and I am a balanced eater meaning I don't knock myself for eating pizza last night but I also ate a salad to keep my system happy.
