Haven't gotten to try these with a rifle or indoors yet, but they handle firing (9mm) pistols outdoors just fine.I THOROUGHLY, however, recommend that you go for the gel pad version or just upgrade to them. Those are miles more comfortable with glasses, safety or otherwise, and provide a way better seal than the foam ones.Going to an indoor range sometime in the next week or so and I'll be bringing along IEM headphones for an extra layer of protection, as well as for music. Will update then.(Late) Update: Wore them with some cheap IEMs (likely adding to the overall NRR, so take that into consideration and, frankly, you should probably go for that or earplugs anyway due to the echo) on underneath for music at an indoor range. Fired off over 100 rounds of 9mm from a subcompact and they worked perfectly, no ringing, no buzzing, no issues whatsoever.I can't, however, vouch for its effectiveness if you're right next to some dude with a short barreled .308 and a muzzle brake. Maybe move a few lanes down.Again, go for the gel pads or the version that specifically comes with them. Other than that? No complaints whatsoever.

I had both purchased Glock and Sig ear protection just because of the name/logo. I wound up selling both guns along with those ear protectors and purchased the ProEars. They work GREAT. Comfortable, come with a case, easy to fold up and fit in my range bag, and knock out all the guns downrange. I highly suggest these!

Very nice set of head gear, especially considering the price. They are very lightweight and I love the slim design, they take up very little room in my range bag. Testing them in my home by clapping or playing loud music, I didn't think that these ear protectors would be very effective with gun fire, however, when it came to VERY loud noises, they held up just fine. I like that fact that I can talk to someone when assistance is needed and I can actually hear what they are saying without having to uncover an ear or two.

Bought these we we don't have to share the ones provided at the gun range. I Like having my own set that I don't have to worry who used them last and if they were cleaned. These work as well or better than others I have borrowed.

26 dB? I don't think so. not even close. compared them to less expensive tacklife and tacklife although bulky win hands down. I tested them at the shooting range and definitely felt I needed more protection. might be ok if everybody is shooting 22 caliber but not for 9mm or higher caliber gun.

Used these for the first time at the range and they worked really great. Very comfortable. Did not really know I had them on. Was able to talk with my sons with them on with no problems. Great value for the price.

For the price they do what is expected. Not all hearing protection has to be in the hundreds to save my ears. I did not need noise canceling as I have a pair already but instead a basic pair of hearing pro that conformed to my head. These worked great and did the job perfectly. Cups hugged my head without too much pressure that would cause headaches from the likes of other ear pro. Grab a pair and see for yourself.

Great protection. I used these at the shooting range and they were comfortable and provided great protection. They seem slimmer than others which was a plus and the carrying bag was an added bonus. Great product and well worth the money.

The sliding mechanism gets stuck, it won't slide smoothly and equally on both sides. When turning the head to make the ear face the sound, the sound gets slighter louder which indicates poor sound proofing.

Was not able to test them out yet because Doug Ford closed the ranges down but the look and feel perfect. Can’t wait to try them out.

I purchased six of these units for my skeet shooting machine. Everyone that has use them absolutely love them. Very comfortable and they look cool.

They are very comfy. The adjustment is easy. Looks great and slim.
