I used these lights for banquet centerpieces. The lights changed colors very smoothly and were on for at least 7 hours and were still going on strong. I did not test to see if it worked underwater since I had the lights under clear glass round marbles. But it should work underwater since there is a rubber O ring to provide the waterproof seal as long as the lights are screwed on tightly. The only problem I had with the lights initially was that some lights would not turn on until I figured out that the bottom battery contacts were not touching the contacts on the cover. Gently pull the two bottom contacts up from the plastic container (you will be lifting the battery holder up a tiny bit). That way when you screw on the cover the bottom battery contacts will reach the light cover contacts.

Just as I expected! I use mine to put in a couple of Christmas ornaments with snowflake cut outs around a little white china house and a snowman, and they look great! Would love them even more if they had a 5 hour timer to them!

Worked great! if you are looking to throw a badass party and fill your bathtub with ice & champagne, these work great to add fun glowing light to the whole thing! Lasted for 2 parties of use so far. No problems.

Three of twelve did not work upon arrival. The remaining nine were dim.

These lights are beautiful. The reason for a four rating is that they take two batteries each. The batteries last about 36 hours.

Placed these in. Bucket of warm water for foot soak during a spa party. It was a beautiful and relaxing addition

These little lights last a long time in all kinds of weather. I bought them to put in pumpkins at Halloween, I reused them to put in ice candles at Christmas. Great little lights.

These lights are amazing! I use them in my small fountains I have on my deck. I love the fact that they change colors and are very bright. I'm sure they would look awesome is a vase or jar!
