Ove Decors Sophia 42 Vanity with Black Granite Countertop and 20" Rectangular Undermount Basin, 42", White

I am not happy with the quality of this product. I have reached out to the company several times and they have not returned any of my communication. On top of some shelves arriving damaged, my biggest issues is the black “stain/paint” on the black counter literally wipes off. I just paid to have this professionally installed less than 2 weeks ago and now have to have it replaced. The color comes off on everything. Your hands, clothing, towels. If you wipe the counter top with just a damp cloth with water, the cloth turns black. I have asked the company for a resolution or help with this and have heard absolutely nothing back. I am very disappointed as I wasted so much money on this and the fact that they won’t even respond.

After 3 years and 2 months the adhesive gave out and the bowl fell. This was with very light use and looks like a difficult repair. I had to repaint the cabinet when it arrived and the black "granite" is still shedding.

Not great quality- lots of gaps in all the wood seams. It could stand a good caulking and repainting. Biggest issue for us is the granite. It is black, but most likely a doctored black, as the black comes off on wipes when cleaning. Also, my son left an acne product on the surface that removed the finish and the color underneath is not a true black. So I would not repurchase this product, or recommend it with kids/teens.

Not great quality and needs to be completely repainted - the paint job is terrible and you can see the wood through the paint and the brush strokes in places. Not bad from afar but not good up close. Wouldn't buy again.
