Quality made bands, strong ends and the grips are comfortable. I have not used all strengths yet but resistance is good and you feel the tension. The door cable is good, it fits the different openings that I have without coming out of the door. You need to make sure the door is closed completely after inserting the piece. Small book with different exercises to help you along. Great product and seller has sent emails to follow-up on receipt of product and to address any concerns, if you have them.

It comes with a storage bag that is very convenient to bring when you travel. I like how easy it is to switch among the different colors pr you can combine them together. The colors are Yellow (5 lbs), Blue (10 lbs), Green (15 lbs), Black (20 lbs), Red (25 lbs). The bands are portable, lightweight, and sturdy. They have good flexibility to them and are made to last. You can use them for strength training, pull-ups, sit-ups, and placing on your door. They were packaged nicely, and are excellent quality. The bag that it comes with helps me keep all the things together, I often take the bag along with me to work, where I can also squeeze some exercise time in. The bonus loop bands are amazing for leg workouts. The fact this this set comes with the bonus loop bands set it apart from the other sets on the market. All in all, it's a great product!
