I used this for simmer pots, they are perfect. They have lasting cinnamon aroma.

I have used this several times and we are always happy with the flavor.

Strong cinnamon scent. Have been adding them to spray bottles to soak in alcohol as an effective bug deterrent. Makes the whole house smell fresh and keeps bugs away!

This is no doubt quality Cinnamon Barks but the quantity for the amount that I paid doesn't match up in my estimation. I could get the same quantity cinnamon for less or way more for the amount I was willing to pay. Great quality just not value for money!

Used for sorrel. Very fragrant and good value for money.

Found a recipe for won ton mein soup that called for Cassia Cinnamon. Glad Amazon had it. Recipe called for just little, so this should last me a long time.

Every whole spice I have received from Spice Way has been excellent. But the cinnamon "sticks", not so much. They were not the usual thick and heavy sticks, but more like the papery eucalyptus bark that peels off the tree. Half of them were crushed into very small pieces. Despite being crushed, there was no cinnamon fragrance. I'll pass it off as damaged in transit, maybe an old batch and me being picky. I will continue buying from The Spice Way because everything else has been wonderful and well-priced.
