Protection that breathes
Great product. I live in Arizona. Summer is a beast on my potted hibiscus plants. I have been using burlap in the past summers to protect my plants. However it is heavy. This product breathes, protects, and is easy to work with. Love it!

It works
Really works great. Super light weight but doesn't blow away. Plenty of material to do about 2 small/medium sized beds or planters. Seems to be holding up well in the baking sun

This shade cloth gives the right amount of shade for our plants and allows water to go through.

Good quality
Living in California I put this on my vegetable garden with the temperature gets over 100° and it does a very good job… A great purchase saved my vegetable garden from being scorched

Very happy with this great sunshade for my easily burned Aloe plant
I ordered this Cool Area Sunblock Shade Cloth Cover Mesh (6.5' x 10') for my aloe plant. I have been fighting with it for a few years since it decided that the sun in the northeast is too strong, even with very limited direct exposure. Ironically, it's a direct descendant of an aloe plant I had that did fine outside in the Texas summer sun (with similarly limited sun exposure). My current aloe burns within a day or so of even the slightest direct sun now. However, it wants to be outside when the temperature is suitable (inside the house, it doesn’t burn but barely grows). I decided to try this mesh cloth, and it has proven to be exactly what my aloe wanted. My only disappointment was that the mesh was not stitched on all 4 sides, only the 2 long sides (the description implied that it was full stitching). I decided to use it folded in half (so only one side has the unsecured edges), draped it over some supports I put on the planter, and added a few clips to hold it in place. I draped it so one side (that never gets direct sunlight) is partially open, to make it easier to water and access the plant. Rain does get through the top just fine (so I really could water it from the top, but I like the access anyway). My aloe has been outside (in mostly full sun) with the cover and THRIVING for over a month (since mid-July). There is no sign of burning or distress, and it’s growing well now. Although I’m a little concerned with how long the unstitched sides will last long term, it seems to be holding well so far, and I consider it a good value and do recommend it.

Works Good
These work great for shade while we were camping. I’ve bought 2 of these and just use clamps to attach them to our shade canopy and they work great!

Good deal!
Shipping was very quick. The dimensions were perfect for my needs. It appears to be very durable and it had cut outs for tiedowns. I felt it was an excellent value for my money.
