L/XL is ment for small large feet. I'm a 9.5 / 45 and the sox is much to small stopping blood circulation to my toes.

Quality Compression Socks that relieve pain
I bought these socks to help with my tendonitis in my ankle and I am very pleased. The sock fit perfectly and are durable and the material is soft and stretchy. I wear them a lot they are comfortable and can be worn with shoes. The socks have helped relieve a lot of pain I have in my ankle making it easier to walk around.

These take some getting used to, but they are effective at relieving swollen feet. They are very tight on the first attempt, and you may not feel you can get them on your feet. But with a little persistence, it works out.
