STANI Metal Vertical File Cabinet with Lock，Narrow Filing Cabinets Hanging Files Letter/Legal/A4 Size, Metal Storage Cabinet for Home Office, Assembly Required (Black, 3-Drawer)

Need to be pretty competent to put this together the directions are truly second rate. Pictures don't just give you enough information to decide if it goes one way or the other when you're assembling the parts but if you look close enough you'll eventually figure it out. After it's together it works rather well the one bracket came broken on mine and I had to use epoxy glue overnight to get it to stay so I can lock the drawers

The only reason I gave the assembly a 4 is because the drawings are not great and there is not a word of explanation for the very hard to understand drawing of the locking mechanism. My previous understanding of how the drawer SHOULD have worked is the only reason I could figure it out. I like that I was able to get it shipped to me (2) boxes to I could manage, and with a hand dolly was able to maneuver to where it should be. I also liked that I was able to put it together myself with only a little assistance to line up and put the drawers in. Overall it was a good experience.

Very good value and quality construction. Secure locking mechanism locks all drawers. The assembly is pretty extensive, but not too difficult with two people. Would have been nice to add some words to the assembly instructions versus just pictures, but not too hard to figure out. I do recommend it.

Be prepared to spend several hours trying to put this thing together only to find out the drawers don't close and now you have to unassemble everything again to return it. The quality of the metal is the worst, so thin! Everything is wobbly, and again, opening and closing drawers is an adventure, you need to close one to open the other one, etc. Save yourself the hassle! I so regret having purchased this thing ugh!

The locking mechanism in this file cabinet may cause the drawers to get stuck and make them hard to open individually. After putting the cabinet together, the drawers did not operate as expected and caused me to think the item was poorly made and of low quality. However, customer service promptly assisted with additional tips and instructions, and the item is in good working condition and I no longer think it's of poor quality. It would be helpful if a warning, tips and additional instructions were placed together with the package to prevent misunderstandings. Overall the qualiy of the product is good and good value for the money. I would buy again.

I bought this for use in the garage as tool storage. It was easy to put together, the directions were well written. The metal is thinner gauge and for heavy duty commercial daily use I am not sure how this would hold out. I think for home use this would be an excellent choice.

A tad expensive, but everything is nowadays and I really needed something for my home office. This gets the job done and it was pretty easy to install. An intuitive approach to using bendable parts/slots rather than screws and bolts everywhere, which made it even easier to install. Hopefully it stands the test of time though.

Well it’s very cheaply made but then again it’s very cheap. I wouldn’t buy it again. For less money, you could buy a used 20-year old solid file cabinet that would last longer.

Hubby and I put the file cabinet together and it was easy to install and instructions were fine and easy to follow. Cabinet functions perfectly and looks great! Very happy with this purchase.
