2021-2026 Tailgate Insert Decals Letters Inlays Indent Stickers (Thin Decal NOT Raised Letters) for Ford F150 (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026) Black Matte - CBM

My wife purchased this as a birthday present for me. Contemplated returning item after reading reviews that some people had difficulty installing the decals, but I decided to go ahead and give it a go anyway and I was glad that I did! The installation went great and my new truck looks as if it came from the factory with these decals. I love the look of the tailgate. Really stands out and pops on an otherwise fairly plain truck. My advice is to watch an installation video and be sure to spray the sticky side of each decal with glass cleaner or a soapy solution as you remove it from the mounting sheet. If you don't, the long thin strips on the "F" and the "5" will flop around and stick to itself before you can get it on the truck. You will ruin the decal trying to separate the strips.

Easy installation looks great

The lettering fit perfectly. A little difficult to apply on a windy day but came out amazing. It is only the first day of applying the decal and cannot comment on its longevity. First impressions are amazing. Hoping the decals hold up long term but for now 5/5 stars for sure

The lettering proved to be quite prone to distortion, even during the process of peeling it off the backing. While the adhesion and installation were straightforward, the lack of rigidity in the lettering posed challenges when attempting to place it effectively on the rear of the truck. A clear layer of plastic on the front side of the letter would have significantly improved the entire process.

Looks great, but tough application.

Super easy to install! These are like vinyl stickers made to withstand the outside elements. People think they were part of the original truck blackout package and don't believe me when I say I put them on in about 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Great quality. They haven't slipped, snagged, torn or faded. For the price, if they last a few years I don't mind replacing them! No complaints.

Nice quality

My new F-150 is bright - hot pepper red, but kinda plain at the same time. Truck has black accents and the lettering goes with it perfect. They are thin, but supposed to be so they don't hang up and risk pulling off. I did wet application and it worked easily with no bubbles. Just be sure to keep it real wet and don't push out too much water till you're satisfied with placement. Once an area starts to stick down you don't have much time to commit. Being thin, too much pull on them will damage. I had no problem, having experience with larger decals. Took only about 10 minutes. I've spent over an hour on whole side decals, much fussier.
