持ちやすく振り回しても問題ない
170cmほどの男性です。 端の部分を持って振り回す形でトレーニングに使っていますが棒の部分は持ちやすく滑りにくいため、すっぽ抜けることはありません。 棒の部分に最初から裂け目みたいなものはありましたが使用上は問題ないため普通に使用しています。 使用し始めてまだ一ヶ月ほどですが購入前とほぼ変わらず今のところ耐久性は問題ありません。

Must have gym accessories
Building my own gym at home and didn’t want the traditional weights cause I hate the smell of old metal!! So when I was on the hunt, I knew I had to buy. It’s east on the neck with the padding whenever I do my squats, good mornings, or any back/arm exercises so it’s definitely versatile. The quality is intact and sturdy making it perfect for high intensity workouts. 10/10 recommend!!

Convenient at home bar
Convenient and compact barbell to use at home while doing physio exercises. Doesn't take up too much space but still offers some good resistance. And the grip is comfortable

Simply a Good Product
This weighted bar is well built and feels good in the hand with a soft plush foam outer coating. Overall feels nicely balanced and the cubic end pieces keep it from rolling when you set it down. Definitely a good choice and safer option to put in your home gym if you are not going to have a bar and plate set. I am planning to buy the heavier ones as I increase my home gym training. Highly Recommend.
