Once. But some curses/hex require a bit more. I use the bath and then in between I use the spray (sparingly). It does work. I also use the uncrossing bath/floor wash. This also works. Pray and be precise. Use your will and call upon the spirit you need to help you. It does work.

How to use  it  is the all bottle

No, you do not have to use the entire bottle at one time.  To take a ritual bath or shower make sure you are already clean; take a shower or bath the day before.  You want to wash yourself downward, from head to toe.  You don't have to soap your hair, but I would take a bowl or cup of water and swish some of the wash in there and then pour it over your head.  Then gently wash with the soap from your head to your toes, praying or saying your intentions of the spell you wish to be broken; be specific and meaningful.  Try your best to keep negative thoughts at bay while you concentrate on what it is you want to manifest.  When you are finished, if you wish, soak in the bath for 20 minutes, feeling the purifying energy of the herbs, oils, and resins in the bath wash permeating deep within your body and allowing all that is negative to leave.  When you are finished, you can towel dry your hair, but allow your body to air dry if possible, so as to not dry away your intentions.  Take some of the bath water to a crossroads or your front yard, and throw it toward the West.
