QiPillow - Pain Relieving Ergonomic & Orthopedic Back Lumbar & Posture Support Seat Throw Pillow for Chair, Couch, Bed (Camel)

I have degenerative spinal disease with chronic inflammation, straightening of cervical lordosis, fibromyalgia and hyper mobility syndrome that makes sitting uncomfortable to excruciating depending on the day. After trying many lumbar and postural pillows for support I’d just about given up, when this pillow caught my eye.At first, I was highly skeptical of an inflatable pillow. It reminded me of those chairs they used to sell at Spenser’s in the mall. However, after thinking about the idea I decided to give it a try, it was offered via Prime so there wasn’t anything to lose if it didn’t work.I’m pleased to say this little inflatable pillow offered almost instant relief, once I let a little extra air out. The trick is finding the right amount of inflation to fit exactly where you need the support; for me that’s about 1/3 full. I was able to easily sit for longer without nearly as much pain, and bring it with me in the car whether driving or as the passenger.So glad I took a chance on trying this - I had just about given up on finding a lumbar pillow to provide real support and pain relief, the memory foam type never provided much for me personally and the ability to really contort this pillow has helped with sitting in dining chairs, leather couches, cars and anywhere I’ve tried it so far. We have a cross country round trip flight in October and I was desperately searching for something that could help me make the flight without being in so much pain when we arrived that I couldn’t enjoy myself, and with the ability to remove the air and fold up into my carryon is so helpful.The microfiber cover is ok, I’ll prob purchase a separate one that matches my decor more and makes it seem like less of medical pillow but there’s nothing wrong with it. It appears most 18x18 covers should work.

The adjustable pillow is very comfortable and washable

I really like the support this gives to my back. It is very firm. I certainly wouldn’t call it the most comfortable pillow, but that was expected. The only issue I had was it is a little smaller than I had hoped for. Otherwise, very good and I have seen much improvement in my lower back

I use this when sitting on the couch and it works well. But the write up included with the pillow says only use it when moving. I wouldn’t have purchased it if I had known. But it still works for me.

Perfectly fills in the back space, allowing for total relaxation

I've had this pillow for a couple wks now. I can't even get air in it. I like how soft it is. I may need to return it. Unless I can find someone to figure out how to get air in. I'm sure it works great when there's air in it.

I need something that will provide more back support than my aging couch cushions are currently providing. When I bought this, I expected it to fill that need. However, so far all it has done is to alternate pushing me into uncomfortable positions that put stress on either my upper or lower back and not providing any support at all. The problem is, that because it is filled with air, it won't hold its shape. When I lean back on it, the damn air shifts around, so suddenly instead of supporting my lower back it is pushing my thoracic spine forward. The fact that I am only about 5 feet tall probably doesn't help this, and I have had a very hard time getting the amount of inflation right. The 1/4 or so inflation amount the manufacturer recommends is WAY to much for me. I am currently at more like 1/8. Sitting on the lower two inches it so it can't reach my upper back seems to help, but at this point in time there is a high probability that I will return it. I just can't seem to find a comfortable position and I suspect it is doing more harm than good.

This is the best and most flexible back support pillow I've ever used. Being able to simply adjust the level of inflation to suit my back as it has gradually recovered from a severe case of sciatic pain over the last few weeks has been a most welcome gift ! I've been able to use it to support me in bed at night and sitting in chairs during the day using different inflation levels. I'd thoroughly recommend this pillow to anyone with a back issue as it's so easy to use and consistently supportive.

Love the sage colour. When the cushion arrived was honestly disappointed thinking how can it be as good as it says...boy was I wrong.This cushion is very comfortable, supportive in all the right places, for hours and doesn’t loose it’s air.Follow the instructions. You’ll have what looks like a thin limp pillow, but it’ll be the best support you’ll ever have.I love it so much I bought 3 more to use elsewhere around the house and in bed. It really is that good.

This is excellent for anyone with a bad back you can adjust how it feels so very to your own personal preferenceI bought one a few years ago on qvc and it has recently got a leak so I went searching and found them on amazon waited for the price to go down a little as original price was ridiculous at over £100.If you can buy it at a good price then go for it.

Pillow does not hold the air and goes flat resulting in no support

In my opinion this is the best cushion for back pain I have bought others and their is no comparison , I like how they can easily be adjusted to suit and they have removable covers for washing. I use it when i'm sitting on the sofa and also for driving is so good I have also bought one for my husband, we both have no more back pain well worth the money.
