Sturdy anchors for clothesline guy lines
These are sturdy stakes that securely anchor the guy lines for our two clothesline poles. Together, they do a decent job at keeping the clothesline from sagging. They were not difficult to pound into our hard soil. They are long enough to stay out and the U-shaped top helps.

Great anchors
Great sturdy anchors. Worked perfectly to hold down our raised garden beds. Thick material that is the perfect length.

Solid product, very difficult to hammer into the ground though
I got these for staking tents in clay in a very windy environment. Did the job well, but were a bear to get into the ground. I ended up wacking with my Walmart mallet for the better part of 20 minutes to get all 8 required stakes in. It you're extremely patient you might manage to drive the darn thing without bending the metal, more likely though you'll end up with a moderate to significant bend after driving it and will have to throw the twisted metal out after a single use. That being said, if you're not driving these into hard clay, you'll probably have a much easier time, and however hard they were to get in, they were very secure while being a breeze to get out, just hook and pull.It seems like plain, straight stakes are easy in, hard out, whereas bended stakes are hard in easy out. There's probably a "best of both worlds" solution out there that has a section which can be pounded with a mallet, but another section that can be hooked and pulled.

Great stakes at a great price!
The media could not be loaded. Bought these to secure my round metal garden trellises and they were perfect. The “J” portion measures 2” opening width and 2” long with total stake measurement at 12”. These are coated 1/4” rebar.I have easy garden soil so went in the ground with a sledgehammer and did NOT bend. They have a 45 degree angle end point that would be helpful in hard soil conditions.I would definitely buy these again. Can’t beat the price!

Well Built and Heavy duty
I got these to use as "Tie Downs" for my 6ft high chain link fence to try to stop Bunnies from getting in my yard through the bottom of the fence and they work but they are way over kill for that but it worked fine as they still look brand new after 18 months in the ground.

Effective Anchors
We had a unique application for these j hook rebar anchors. We built a steel frame horse loafing shed with the intent of it being modular so we could move it with us to another rental or permanent home someday. So we needed a positive connection between structure & soil that could later be removed. We live in a very rocky, compact soil area so we simply pounded these down into the anchor holes of the steel frame & they have worked amazing. We have had several windstorms this year & the j hooks have kept our shelter anchored in place. We are thrilled with this purchase & the value they have provided.
