High quality! I like Superior Labs. I've been using their Magnesium and their l-Lysine for quite some time because I'm impressed with their products. They do well enough to afford the machinery that will process it the best way to preserve the maximum amount of nutrients in the best condition, without using unneeded additives

Magnesium glycinate should not cause diarrhea whereas Magnesium Citrate may cause diarrhea.

I prefer this brand because they don’t add a bunch of fillers. I’m not sure if it’s helped with improving sleep yet as that was my main reason for purchasing but I’m hopeful

I have taken other magnesium from other manufacturers and do not get the same results. I have terrible leg cramps at night and this product keeps those at bay. The other products I’ve tried only lessen them.

I didn't get the relaxation and good night's sleep like I did with a different brand. There are other things I won't give details on that it didn't help with as well. I've used two or three bottles and saw little to no improvement. Maybe others that have used this have had success but I have no one to ask to compare results. I hope this helps.
