Worked better than I thought
This was the first of this product that I have installed and was worried. Everything worked well and went really smoothly. I purchased the smallest footprint I could use in case I needed to redo it. This would allow for room to cover the holes I placed in the roof from the first try. So far it has been perfect and has not developed a leak. If I can get 5-7 years out of it before I need to repair of replace I will be happy. Take your time during install, you will be happy with the results.
