Nice way to add some protein
I have been trying to add more protein to my diet and variety helps. This oatmeal is a nice change from eggs or a protein drink to start the day. It is quick and easy and very good. It does not have that odd, artificial banana flavor some products do. It is very filling and sometimes I only make half a packet.

Uhh…Yumm.
I’ve been trying to up my protein with every meal and squeeze as many nutrient dense foods as I can into my diet. I loved Quaker Maple n Brown Sugar oatmeal as a kid but kind of steered cleared of it in my adult life because of the lack of nutrients and too much sugar. Until now. Twelve grams of protein a serving and 12 grams of sugar, I thought I would give it a shot. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. If you’ve ever had the cereal “Banana Nut Crunch” imagine that flavor in oatmeal form. Delicious strong banana flavor, nice texture, a few nuts mixed in. Absolutely delicious, like a warm banana bread in a bowl. I spruced it a bit to add some more fiber in it to make it a wonderful high fiber/high protein nutrient dense snack. My recipe: Two packets of Banana Nut Oatmeal (add with water as directed on packet, or milk if you want it creamier) Two tablespoons of Chia Seeds One and 1/2 Tablespoons of ground Flax Seeds A few walnuts (or nut of your choosing)crushed on top. Enjoy. Also, If you want to get a little extra crazy, a tablespoon of nut butter swirled is incredible.

Good option for easy meal with protein and fiber.
Great flavor, easy to make, and convenient to bring with me when traveling. Wish it had just a bit more protein, but this is filling and a good source of fiber.

Good Food for Anyone from Quaker Oats
This hot cereal is wonderful, the aroma and flavor really grab your tastebuds. You feel satisfied by the heathy meal that will carry several hours. We are up in years and physically cannot stand and prepare cooked breakfasts so this is a Godsend to older folks that need nutrition.

Flavor is good but it is nutty
Normally I don't buy any thing with nuts in it because if my teeth. I bought this for the protein so may have over looked the other details. Tasty though.

My new go-to breakfast item. Usually get the cream oatmeal but opted for this banana nut variety for this month. Good taste.

Quaker protein oat banana nut flavor is really good. Tastes like banana bread but healthier. It is easy to prepare, just add hot water or milk and you can have a healthy and filling breakfast. Hope to buy more next time.
