It stopped activating automatically and I contacted customer support and Nick was wonderful and easy to work with. They helped me diagnose a pressure valve that failed and then sent me a brand new pump the next day. I also love their commercial RO filter system and pressurized RO tanks that all work in tandem. Review: Serious equipment - For our household this is the next level of frame Reverse Osmosis. The basic goodies are thr non proprietary filters the prefilters have gauges before and after so one doesn’t need to change until it necessary. No it wont hide under the kitchen sink but our guests comment on the high pressure point of use at the kitchen sink. I’ve only had this a year and it was a lot of RO for our use but im glad i went big. I find more things to do with better water.
