It's not as satisfying as artificial sweeteners such as aspartame but it's better than nothing. As a health conscious person i don't want to take too much artificial sweeteners. So i mix this with natura (sucralose) and it's perfect. Otherwise the taste is too sweet but not like natural sugar.
