The UV lamp is not turning on. Does it need to charge or is my lamp just defective?

Make sure you push the connector all the way into the lamp. I didn’t do that at first and I thought it was broken too.

Can you place a photograph inside?

Yes but remember to make sure there are no air bubbles because then it makes it hard to see the photo
