NOT EXPENSIVE AND WORKS.
A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE IT WAS ADVERTISED AS WINDOWS 7. WHEN I GOT IT SET UP, IT WAS WINDOWS 10. SOMEBODY SOLD IT AS CERTIFIED BY THE MFG. BUT, WHEN THEY CERTIFIED IT THE WINDOWS 7 WAS CHANGED TO WINDOWS 10. I KEPT IT AND IT WORKS, BUT I STILL LIKE WINDOWS 7 BETTER !

Said Windows 7 but came installed with 10
The description said Windows 7, but it came installed with Windows 10. Also no OS cd was included. Luckily we didn't go through the installation/setup (thus voiding the return). Windows 10 you will not defeat me, I beat you!

I love my new computer
I love my new computer. It works really well, so far, no cons to share here. DELL is a great brand, the last computer I had was also a DELL and I had it for 8 years. I only had it fixed twice in all those years. But nothing lasts forever, so I decided to buy this one when the need for a new one arose. It comes with a keyboard and mouse, which also work really well. I still have the same monitor I bought back in 2008, and it's still in optimum condition.

NOT Windows 10 Pro
This machine arrived with Windows 10 HOME installed and not the advertised Windows 10 Pro.Since I need to connect to a Windows Domain (which Home is incapable of) this machine was not usable for me.I had to install Win7 Pro (using up one of my volume licenses) and this required a fair bit of fiddling around in the BIOS to get the boot disk to load.Two stars since it's a decent machine at a fair price once I got the proper O/S installed

Decent budget computer, but...
Decent compact, inexpensive computer. Getting Windows 10 on it is a little tricky. You have to wipe the HD, change the BIOS boot type and use the Dell recovery disk to load a standard Win 10. One nice thing about that process is that the Windows 10 Pro doesn't seem to include all the Dell bloatware.The reason for the 3 stars is that this model includes the Intel H110 chipset which has a known issue with Ambir USB powered scanners. I am going to have add a USB card to get a more functional USB chipset. Add $25 to the cost.As a note, other USB devices (mice, keyboard, etc) seem to function without issue.

Much Better
Works well and is faster than my old one. I have just started getting use to Windows 10. but is worth the upgrade.

Windows Edition Not As Advertised
Computer works fine, my problem is with the OS software. Advertised as Windows 7/10 Pro. Usually this means Windows 7 Pro installed and upgradable to 10 Pro at no additional cost. Delivered with Windows 10 Home installed. No downgrade to 7, and no Pro option. Do not order this product if you must have Win 7, or must have Pro. Or be prepared to buy and install the OS separately. I don't know whether this is the supplier's fault or Amazon's fault.

Perfect for my needs. Still love my windows 7, which came with this computer. Works beautifully, nice and fast, too.
