I do 6 at a time, which is 3g of BCAAs. 1) When I’m trying to accelerate weight loss, I stop taking these completely, including during fasting. I also reduce protein in general. 2) When I’m in a muscle building phase like I am now, I do 3x per day, in addition to protein powder and a high protein diet. 3) When I’m looking to be in more of a maintenance or slower weight loss stage, I do 1x per day along with medium protein.
