I was concerned at first it wasn’t going to be the same as a powder I had before and that it’s a huge bottle. I really like these, they work just as well as ones I have gotten before. 100% helps with muscle recovery there have been days I forgot to take it and I’m definitely more sore the next day.

This is, by far, you're biggest bang for your buck. Great product and it's a half year's worth of doses.

In my 40s now and in a muscle rebuilding phase after having recently completed a 40 day fast. It’s so much harder to build muscle at this age, even with muscle memory. When I was in my 20s it felt like I could look at a piece of chicken and I’d add a lb of muscle. Now it feels like I have to optimize everything I eat to add just a gram or two. Ah, aging. How nice for all of us. I’ve been using these specific BCAAs from this brand for years. Having them in pills is convenient to be able to take BCAAs even while skipping meals. What I seem to notice is when taking BCAAs multiple times a day, I start adding muscle/strength a lot more easily, and it also seems to stop any weight loss, even when I’m on a strict keto or carnivore diet. I do 6 at a time, which is 3g of BCAAs. 1) When I’m trying to accelerate weight loss, I stop taking these completely, including during fasting. I also reduce protein in general. 2) When I’m in a muscle building phase like I am now, I do 3x per day, in addition to protein powder and a high protein diet. 3) When I’m looking to be in more of a maintenance or slower weight loss stage, I do 1x per day along with medium protein. No digestive issues or adverse side effects felt from these from any quantity I’ve ever taken.

These BCAA are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. The price is pretty good for how many pills you get. As many PCAs you don’t notice any immediate effect. I will update once I get those results. Both positive and negative. I have added pictures for ease of viewing the product.

Easy to take 2 pills daily Seems to help my muscle aches

Ca fait ce que les BCAA sont supposé de faire , pas plus pas moins ! 33$ pour 500 comprimés est un excellent prix. Par contre selon les instructions il faut seulement en prendre 2 par jours ce qui ne donnerait rien dutout , ca en prend au moins 5000mg par jours les journées d'entrainement et 3000mg les journée de repos ,donc 10 comprimés ou 6 comprimés. Moi je les prend en pre-workout ca reduit l'effet catabolique (fatigue) et aide a la recupération apres le W-O.
