Just What I Wanted
I received six small pieces of spiderwood, each one is unique. Photo shows the size next to a ruler. They came in a nice drawstring bag. These will look great in my planted nano tanks, I will glue some Buce, Java Ferns and Anubias on them. Great price for 6 interesting pieces of tank decor. Haven't had them long enough to see if there are a lot of tannins, but generally my spiderwood pieces are not too bad. If they do stain a lot, I will toss them in my blackwater tanks.

Decent for what they are but very small
I have three pieces of spider wood in my 4 gallon tank. Two are two from this order (circled in red in photo) and the other larger piece is a medium size piece from my local petsmart. This is to give you an idea on size of the wood they sent me. Each one of the pieces I ordered from here could fit inside of a coke can. Overall they seem to be boiled of tannins since they’re significantly lighter than my other larger piece from petsmart. Overall they’d only look good alone in a 1 gallon tank, otherwise they make good accent pieces to slightly larger pieces of spider wood not sold in this package.

Cut off the tips / small pieces
If ur like me and like spider wood you love the natural tips to the pieces. These are all cut off. The ends of every branch is flat. Kinda sad cause I got some cool pieces but I don’t think I’m gonna keep them. Don’t understand why they did this. Ordered 4 bags of these 3 of the bags had maybe 3-4 inch pieces at most. Very small. They’d b great if it was a bowl with some plants but you’d been 2 bags of them for a tank

Small, Broken, and Missing
The pieces I received were planned to be used for a small nano tank I have. I expected them to be small based on all of the reviews and was looking forward to the variety that 6 pieces should offer me.I did not expect however, that I would receive two straight twigs and a small lump of wood, along with two chunks that were totally broken and crumbling. I was supposed to receive 6, Instead got 5, plus lots of broken pieces that came off them.Would not buy again and don't know how to salvage them for my tank now. Better off looking at a local fish store or cutting wood yourself.

Takes too long to get tannis out
2 broke and had to boil for 5hrs to get the color out! A bit ridiculous if you ask me. But overall, great pieces and perfect sizing.
