Cluebox - Escape Room in a Box. Schroedinger's Cat. Smart wooden puzzle game

I got this wooden puzzle box as a gift for my husband, and it was a total win! The craftsmanship is stunning—delicate and intricate, with a beautiful finish that makes it feel like a little work of art. It’s definitely not easy to solve, which is exactly what he loved about it. He spent hours happily tinkering with it, trying to crack its secrets, and the challenge kept him hooked. The delicate design does mean you have to handle it with care, but that just adds to its charm. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, brain-teasing gift for someone who loves a good puzzle, this box is a fantastic choice.

This is a great puzzle. I'd say it took an hour and half to complete. The clues are subtle but they are there and will lead you a solution, just stick with it. It was also pretty easy to put it all back together. The inside is small, not much bigger than a modern key fob for your car but you could fit something fun in there if giving as a gift.

Totally worth the money as a gift. I didn't do it myself so I can't speak to much of it. The person I got it for seemed to have fun and enjoy it. I can't imagine it's too difficult as he got it open within a day, so I'd put it at intermediate to beginner difficulty, probably. It's fairly sturdy but it can kinda feel like it's gonna break if you manhandle it a bit. Just be a bit tender with the box and the instruments and it'll be fine. It's easy to play with, and the instructions seemed pretty clear from what I glanced at. Perfect for your first puzzle box I'd say!

This is my 3rd puzzle box purchase from IDventure. I really appreciate their attention to detail. This is supposedly the “easiest” box so far but I am still struggling with it. Still having fun solving this puzzle. Hey, the longer it takes, the more value I get for my money! Ha ha haha! One note I have for IDventure is that it would be nice if they could better protect their products. They are just placed in a cardboard box, with an open hole in front, so it is easy for something to bump the product and damage it. By contrast, the puzzle company INSCAPE uses very nice hard-cardboard boxes to protect the product (and the product is stored in the box in soft foam, to insulate it further from bumps during transportation). It would be nice to see IDventure enhance their packaging. Other than that, well done. I love their puzzles!

Great gift for someone that loves puzzles

Made you really think to solve puzzle.

These are so fun, but one of the main steps was not logical and required banging on the box to reveal part of an image, you had to continue to bang the box to see more of the image before you can move on.

A great introductory clue box! My ten year old solved it with a little help.

J’ai offert cette Cluebox Schrödinger’s Cat à mon frère fan d’énigmes et de casse-têtes, et il a adoré ! C’est un très bel objet en bois, bien fini, qui intrigue dès qu’on le voit. Il s’est tout de suite pris au jeu et a passé environ une heure à résoudre les différentes étapes. Le niveau de difficulté est parfait pour quelqu’un qui découvre les puzzles de ce genre : stimulant sans être frustrant. Les mécanismes sont astucieux, et chaque solution apporte une petite satisfaction. C’est aussi une super idée de cadeau original, ça change des jeux classiques et ça fait travailler les méninges. D’après son retour, l’expérience était fluide, sans bug ni pièce cassée (à condition d’être soigneux). Il envisage déjà d’en essayer d’autres dans la collection. ✅ En résumé : un cadeau qui fait son effet, beau, intelligent et divertissant. Je recommande sans hésiter pour tout amateur d’énigmes ou d’escape games ! Seul bémol le tarif un peu élevé
