Does this jar have a perforated top or just opens to the gel?

Hi, Thank you for your question. This jar has a perforated top. If you have additional questions please contact us at amazon@fetch4pets.com

How long is this designed by the manufacturer to last? I am looking for a time duration beyond the “long lasting” in the description.

I really don't know. But I can tell you it really hasn't been all that helpful for our stinky little fur baby's litter box issues.

Hi, This is not a box of 12. Your package will include (1) product. If you have additional questions please contact us at amazon@fetch4pets.com
