Miracle in a bottle. Take it the moment you feel something coming on and it will stop the 'thing' getting any worse. I only take it when I feel something coming un, as it's too expensive for me to use daily, as a preventative. 100% recommend to everyone and I'm very sceptical and cynical. In fact, this is the only anything I 100% recommend.

It's good so far. I haven't felt as run down as I usually do since having this, but the amount you need to have daily, compared to the amount they give you in the bottle means that it finishes in a very short space of time, as the bottle is quite small. It didn't even last me up to 1 month. Also when you go to pour it, it tends to drip excess liquid from the bottle, so you need to do it over a sink if possible. It tastes lovely though!

This tastes absolutely delicious and it works! Ordered this at the onset of what I hoped was a cold and dreaded being Covid - thankfully it was a cold however having ME means that I go down like a sack of bricks. Usually it takes 10 days of misery and exhaustion to fight however I was thankfully back to my normal in 6 days which is miraculous and only really had 2 full cold days.My first thoughts were what a tiny bottle and that'll never last but I'm taking my final dose today: that's 8 days taking maximum recommended amount of 15ml daily.I will certainly buy this again without hesitation.

My son and I both love the taste of this (duh-it's got sugar in it!), it's so nice I'd drink it more often if I could! I do think it helps to reduce symptoms and/or length of sickness as I gave it to my son as soon as he started to get sick and he wasn't unwell for as long or as much as he usually gets.However, the packaging was damaged and looked like it was previously opened but the bottle itself didn't seem compromised. I also don't think it's great value for money because there isn't much in the bottle at all. It would be good if they sold a bigger size too for a more reasonable price rather than having to buy two separate bottles for £9 each

advertised as extra Defence, extra vitamin c vitamins and minerals, BUT it has BLACK ELDERBERRY which can cause reactions like confusion, dizziness stomach bloating and upset amongst others. After 2 doses I became dizzy and had hand tingling and ended up with paramedics checking me over.I was ok after sev glasses of water but there was no product leaflet in the package so it got thrown in the bin!

I saw so many great reviews on this vitamin liquid and so I purchased it for me, my husband and my daughter. Other reviewers said that it wouldn't last long, which I agree with. The bottle is very small for the dosage amounts they're recommending you consume. All three of us have been very disappointed because we have not experienced any benefits. I wish I could say I was happy with this as when I bought it, I was expecting the best, purely because of the reviews saying that it was good and they felt a difference in their immunity. I wouldn't recommend the purchase because out of two adults and a child, none of us experienced change and I finished my bottle and my daughter is only a sip away from it being all gone.

Always had this. Cheaper to buy from here. Usually buy 4 at a time. Kids one and adults one.Keeps colds at bay all year round, dosage higher during the cold months.

I use this thru the year to help me avoid/fighting off colds & flu, as a fibromyalgia patient I do my best to keep nasty bugs at bay! I love the pastilles too, always hand to have a pack in my handbag if I am going out or away for a short time.
